By using the Site or requesting a demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site and demo requests

The Site provides information about ExportCRM, a CRM and ERP for export companies, and lets you request a guided demo. Submitting a demo or contact request does not create any contract for the supply of software; any such contract is agreed separately.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
