ExportCRM pricing
What each plan includes, stated plainly. Final pricing is confirmed after a demo so it reflects your real order volume, users and migration.
ExportCRM is sold in three tiers — Starter for export houses moving off spreadsheets, Growth for established exporters handling multiple markets and government incentive schemes, and Enterprise for multi-entity operations needing assisted migration and configuration. Every plan includes order management, a configurable production pipeline and generation of nine export document types. Pricing is confirmed after a free demo, because user count, migration effort and configuration needs vary too much between export businesses for a single headline figure to be accurate.

Why we quote after a demo
Publishing a single headline figure would be simpler, and for most readers it would be wrong. What an export business pays depends on how many people use the system, whether you need assisted migration off spreadsheets or an existing tool, and how much configuration your production pipeline and document set require. Those are not knowable before we have seen your operation.
What we can publish honestly is the structure — the three tiers, and exactly what sits in each. That is on this page in full, so you can work out which tier applies to you before you speak to anyone, and arrive at the demo knowing what you are asking about.
The demo itself is free and is run against one of your real export orders rather than a prepared dataset. You enter the order, generate the document set from it, and follow it through to the incentive claim. That is a considerably better test of fit than a feature list, and it costs you an hour.
Pricing questions
How much does ExportCRM cost?
Pricing depends on the plan and the number of users, and the final figure is confirmed after a demo so it reflects your actual order volume, user count and migration needs. We publish the plan structure and exactly what each tier includes on this page rather than a single headline number, because an export operation's requirements vary enough that a headline price would be misleading for most readers.
Why is pricing demo-led rather than published as a fixed number?
Because the variables that determine cost — user count, whether you need assisted migration, and how much configuration your pipeline and document set require — are not knowable before we have seen your operation. We would rather show you the full plan structure and what each tier contains, then quote accurately, than publish a number that turns out not to apply to you.
Is there a free trial or a free demo?
There is a free guided demo. Rather than a self-serve trial, we walk through the platform using one of your real export orders — entered end to end, with the document set generated from it — because that tells you far more about fit than exploring an empty system with sample data. You can book it via WhatsApp or email from the contact page.
What determines which plan an export business needs?
Mainly destination variety and whether government incentive schemes are material to your margin. An exporter shipping a consistent product to a few known markets is usually well served by the operational core. Once you are handling multiple destination document sets, tracking RODTEP or Duty Drawback claims per order, and needing true per-order costing, the Growth tier is the relevant one.
Are there setup or migration costs?
Migration effort varies with how much data you are bringing and how much cleaning it needs — a de-duplicated buyer master imports quickly, while years of inconsistent spreadsheet history takes longer. Assisted migration is included at the Enterprise tier. For other plans, we will tell you what the migration involves before you commit rather than discovering it afterwards.
Do you charge per user?
User count is one of the inputs to the quote, alongside the plan tier and any migration or configuration work. TODO(owner): confirm the exact per-user model and we will state it precisely here — this answer deliberately does not assert a per-user rate that has not been verified.
